Spicy Zucchini Orange Pasta

After winning a consolation prize in my first online blogging contest, I’m gracing experiments. This recipe was a total experimentation and had awesome results.

Ingredients

1. Pasta 1 cup
2. 1 whole zucchini (chopped)
3. half orange (juice and zest)
4. sage (5 leaves)
5. black pepper
6. Red chilly flakes
7. salt
8. butter
9. olive oil

How to 

1. Boil pasta
2. Take a pan and heat twp spoons of olive oil in it.
3. add a dab of butter in it.
4. Now add in chopped zucchini.
5. Stir them till they are soft.
6. Now add in pasta.
7. Stir well. Season with Salt, red chilly flakes and crushed pepper.
8. Add generous amount of orange zest.
9. Squeeze in half of the orange juice. Stir well.
10. Garnish with chopped sage.
11. Serve and EAT!!
