Oyster Mushroom Bruschettas


These are simple, these are fast and are delicious.

Ingredients

  2. Oyster mushrooms
  3. Tomato
  4. Fresh basil
  5. olive oil
  6. butter
  7. salt
  8. black pepper

How to 

  1. Pull oyster mushrooms into thin shreds.
  2. Thinly slice bread and put into toaster or a griller.img_20151225_191245.jpg
  3. While the bread toasts, heat some olive oil in a pan, and throw in the mushrooms.
  4. Stir fry the mushrooms, till they become crisp.img_20151225_191303.jpg
  5. Take out the mushrooms, and add a dab of butter to the remaining oil in the pan.
  6. Now take out those breads and let them soak all the good stuff.
  7. Finely chop tomato and basil.
  8. It’s time for dressing up. Place the breads flat, and dress them up with mushrooms, tomato and basil.
  9. Season them with salt and black pepper.
  10. Voila! eat!
