Chicken Lunch Salad

I’m going crazy! A lot of cooking, and almost all experimental. Here’s a simple salad recipe, that’s tasty and healthy. It’s a two part recipe.

  2. lemon
  3. fresh rosemary
  4. salt
  5. pepper
  6. carrot
  7. broccoli
  8. baby corn
  9. ice

Step 1 The baked chicken

Season some boneless chicken with salt and black pepper. Throw some rosemary twigs and cut some lemon pieces into it.

Cover everything into a tin foil and bake for 35 minutes in an oven at 220 C.

Step 2 Vegetables

Cut Broccoli, carrot and baby corns. Boil some water in a sauce pan, and throw the vegetables in, only for about 30 secs.

Drain out the water and throw the vegetable in ice. This will stop further cooking. Add sweet taste to vegetable, let them be crispy and eatable at the same time. Done!



Add the chicken and vegetable together and eat!
