“Cheese & Mushroom in Chicken” Rolls

Soft, tender chicken holding cheese and mushroom inside, just B E A U TIFUL…. >:D

These sinful cheese filled beauties take just 20 – 30 minutes to make and are whole lot of fun when shared with friends. Lets get started!


  1. Chicken breasts
  2. Mushroom
  3. Salt
  4. Black Pepper
  5. Cheese {I used plain old cheese slice}

How To

This dish requires only a little effort before the oven takes over.

Step 1 Sauté the mushrooms

Slice the mushrooms into thin pieces. Now heat a pan and drizzle some olive oil. Drop the mushrooms and saute them. Aim of this drill is take out the maximum moisture from the mushrooms. When you see all the water that came out of mushrooms has been dried up, take them of heat.


Step 2 Prepare the chicken breasts into tenders

Now the thinner the piece of chicken, the better. Just slice through the chicken breast by keeping it horizontal into nice sheet like layers.


Step 3 Roll’em up!

Lay flat one chicken sheet at a time. Cover with sautéed mushrooms. season with salt and fresh crushed black pepper. Place a layer of cheese {Yummm!!!}.

Just roll it up and stick skewer sticks in it.

Heat a pan with some olive oil and place the rolls on it. Grill till golden brown on all sides. This will reduce the time of baking and give nice colour and crispiness to the rolls.


Step 5 Bake!

Bake these beauties for 25 minutes at 220 C. Take them out and let it rest for 5 minutes.
